Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment confirmation. We’ll also honor your first refund request—no questions asked.

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, ABC ABILITY LIMITED makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.

14. Billing

ABC ABILITY LIMITED reserves the right to decline any order and may impose limits on purchases made per individual, household, or order. Payment methods accepted include Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa cards. Customers are required to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information and to promptly update such information as necessary. Upon subscription, the customer agrees to an initial charge of €1, which grants access to the services for one (1) day. Following the initial charge, the subscription will automatically renew on a daily basis, with a recurring charge of €1 per day, unless the subscription is cancelled by the customer prior to the next billing cycle. Each daily renewal provides continued access to the subscribed digital content and services for an additional one (1) day. By completing the subscription process, the customer expressly authorizes ABC ABILITY LIMITED to charge the selected payment method for the initial and subsequent recurring daily payments without further notice. ABC ABILITY LIMITED may pre-authorize or process renewal charges in accordance with applicable payment network rules. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings, in which case no further daily charges will be applied after the cancellation becomes effective. If a customer requests a refund, any unused renewal amount may be cancelled and, where applicable, refunded to the original payment method at the sole discretion of ABC ABILITY LIMITED and in accordance with applicable laws.
